Krissie founded Love That Fix to create a more professional, transparent home-repair experience. Her background spans approximately 20 years of client relationships, more than 10 years in real estate/client relations, PR and marketing, economic development, design awareness and Health Sciences. She remains the customer’s primary point of contact from the first conversation through completion.
The lead technician adds more than 25 years of residential and commercial maintenance, repair, project supervision and facility-management experience, bringing the hands-on perspective needed to solve the problem without automatically making the project larger than necessary.
