Additional rooms and spaces are subject to applicable permit, code, egress and city requirements. Structural and permit-triggering work is performed only within applicable requirements and qualified trade scope.
Customers pay actual material cost, and available contractor or supplier discounts are passed through whenever possible.
Material, finish and design guidance may be provided where appropriate to help the customer balance function, appearance, durability and budget.
If concealed conditions or requested changes alter the approved scope, Love That Fix communicates the issue before completing billable additional work whenever reasonably possible.

Completed labor is generally covered from 30 days to 6 months depending on the service and the terms stated in the estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties remain the manufacturer’s responsibility.
Larger projects generally require a 30% deposit to reserve scheduling unless the written estimate states otherwise.
